MP had a fun-filled evening recently with our lovely clients Joyce and Drew.
The couple decided to meet MP at Colwick Hall, and went on a late night tour throughout the grounds, taking in the grand view of the lake, the fountains, and of course the incredible architecture of this Grade II* listed building.
We like Colwick Hall, because it always feels as though you are at a stately home in the middle of the countryside, yet Colwick is only five minutes drive from the centre of Nottingham, making access easy.
It is always a pleasure to spend time in the company of Joyce and Drew.
The couple will become husband and wife next month, and we cannot wait to see them again to capture their special day.
Their preWED photography collection contains over 70 images, and it has been difficult to share a small selection. However, we've managed to select 20ish of our favourite images and these can be viewed below.
As always, enjoy.
ABOUT COLWICK HALL
Colwick Hall Hotel is a Grade II* listed building in Colwick, just outside of Nottingham
In 1896 the Hall was sold to the Nottingham Racecourse Company - the racecourse opened in 1892, the Hall became a public house and the rest of the buildings were used to accommodate grooms and jockeys.
Nottingham Corporation acquired the Hall from the Racecourse Company in 1965. The building then fell into disrepair until it was saved by Chek Whyte, who won a competition to restore it. It was then sold to Pearl Hotels and Restaurants.
